Move Play Thrive teaches parents child-friendly rhythmic and reflex integration movements for successfully addressing: ADHD, SPD, anxiety, ASD, emotional and behavior issues, learning delays, and many other challenges. Designed for busy families, just 10-20 minutes per day of these simple neuro-movements consistently show excellent results.

As a homeschooling mother of two children, Move Play Thrive founder Sonia Story, MS, started her journey with neurodevelopmental movements in 2006 to address anxiety, sensory issues, and hyperactivity—both in herself and for her children. Because of the significant benefits she and her family experienced, Sonia eventually developed the online Brain and Sensory Foundations training to help other parents and children. Sonia holds a Master’s Degree in Movement Sciences and has earned international and national approvals for her online courses from professional continuing education agencies.

Sonia trained with the world’s top neurodevelopmental and integrative movement teachers and has worked extensively with school-age children. Her Brain and Sensory Foundations® curriculum synthesizes the best-of-the-best tools for optimal development. In this unique training you get step-by-step support and a powerful combination of holistic primitive reflex integration tools, innate rhythmic movements, developmental movements, playful movements, and integrative movements that boost goal achievement and consistently produce outstanding results.

Tested and Proven
For families using the unique tools from the Brain and Sensory Foundations® program, massive transformation is common. Whether you are dealing with explosive anger, debilitating anxiety, slow processing, excessive negativity, weakness, poor stamina, poor self-confidence, sensory processing issues, ADHD, handwriting issues, poor reading, compulsive behaviors, autism, or under-functioning, you will love this program for what it can do for your children. See examples of transformation after doing primitive reflex integration.

Why It Works

Neurodevelopmental movements can help progress come more quickly and easily because they directly calm and mature the neuro-sensory-motor systems. These innate movements are especially important for children with challenges because they relax fight-or-flight states and help to build more mature physical, social-emotional, and cognitive skills. Get the research and rationale for using primitive reflexes and rhythmic movements.

Support and a Plan for Your Needs

Whether you already use primitive reflex integration or are just starting, you will be empowered with a step-by-step system for maximizing outcomes in less time while adapting to individual needs and abilities. The Brain and Sensory Foundations program is not a rigid “one-size-fits-all” plan. Instead it gives you the tools and support to develop optimal movement programs for individuals of all ages in a manageable progression—so you and your children can be successful together. You can have fun and make progress at the same time with the right tools and step-by-step guidance. The results are measurable and inspiring!
