My daughter has AuDHD and has so much trouble remembering tasks. I am similar and use an apple watch to help with reminders. Do you have suggestions for a watch or other device to help her become more independent in starting and completing tasks? She is 14. Thanks!

When helping a teen is is best to get their input as well. When helping my daughter with a similar situation I had her try out the ones she thought were going to work the best. She eventually narrowed down to a single app that worked best for her. Over time she has changed what she uses, but took that task on herself because after she picked the first one she felt ownership in the process.

Hi Sharon- There are apps such as "Forest" that help people stay on task, and the company, TimeTimer, has a visual timer watch that some teens like. I agree with Peggy- definitely get your daughter's input and buy-in!
